About Breakout
Whether you are into music, sports, worship or just chatting there will be something for you at Breakout.
It’s a chance for you to spend some time with your group, get to know each other better and meet new friends.
Breakout is taking place at Cliff College in Derbyshire and you can camp in the grounds or sleep in a bed in the indoor accommodation. There is also an option of sleeping on a floor in one of the lecture rooms at Cliff or in a nearby church.
You need to come with your youth group, but if you want to come on your own then we can try and match you up with another youth group from your area.
The programme will be updated over the next few months so keep checking back to the website. But here is just a little flavour of what is going on…

Café Tent
After its storming success in 2008, the Cafe Tent is back for 2010 – but even bigger and better and with a range of interactive workshops and unplugged-style performances across the weekend.
Performance
There will be a whole range of entertainment on offer throughout the weekend – from music and dance to comedy. Keep checking the website to see the line-up as it develops.
Global action
A new venue focusing on social and global action. Discover ways to connect with your community and the world by getting involved in campaigning and advocacy on a range of justice issues.
Worship
In a range of styles and spaces across the weekend – all helping you to connect with God.
- Want to explore and discuss ideas? ‘Faith Friends’ is in an informal, relaxed setting for this.
- Feeling disconnected from church and God? Come and be honest and just talk.
- Want to be noisy? Want to be quiet? Sing your heart out to God, or walk and think with Him.
Sports
Climbing wall, five-aside football, mountain boarding, archery and much, much more across the weekend.
