Tickets

  • Book before 25th June 2010 – £65.00
  • Saturday Day Ticket (pre book only) – £35.00
  • Sunday – £25.00 (event finishes lunchtime)

50 pence of each ticket sold will be donated to A Rocha (www.arocha.org) to offset carbon emissions associated with the event.

There is a £20 admin charge for postal bookings
(no admin charge for booking online)

Accommodation Prices
(All prices listed are per person, for the weekend)

  • Camping – £6.00
  • Operation Friendship (in Churches) – £10.00
  • Operation Friendship+ – £12.00
  • Cliff College Beds (limited number) - £20.00

Meals
You can bring and cook your own food if you camping but please note: gas stoves only, no open fires or BBQs. There will be some food available to buy on site at the chip shop or you can pre-book a meal deal.

Weekend Meal Deal: £19.00
To include:

  • 2 Continental Breakfasts
  • 1 Packed Lunch
  • 1 Evening Meal

Pre Booked Packed Lunch: £3.00
For Sunday to take away

Chip Shop
The Chip Shop will be open on Friday and Saturday evenings. It will also serve sandwiches with limited opening hours on Saturday.

All tickets subject to availability. The booking deadline is 25/06/2010.
Accommodation and meal costs are additional.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit/debit card.

The campsite site will be open for arrivals from 4pm on Friday 9th July. The event will finish at lunchtime on Sunday 11th July.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate insurance for your group to cover your own cancellation costs.
